Welcome to a new year! 

January is a month of fresh starts and looking forward towards the future. 

If you are planning to purchase or sell a property this year, you may be wondering if it’s the right time. One factor in the decision-making process can be to consider the neighbourhood itself – is it on the rise? I’ll go through some of the signs that indicate a neighbourhood may be up and coming.

You may also have seen the headlines about the latest real estate news: the introduction of a new act prohibiting non-Canadians from buying residential property. I’ll dig into what this means.
