My role will be to assist you in coming to the right price for the market through careful analysis of the recent market listing and sales data and most current market conditions (see Home Evaluation tab). Once you decide the price you are most comfortable with based on the information I provide, I will market your home to ensure it receives exposure 24/7 and in such a way as to gain the attention of the largest group of buyers possible. I will leverage both technology and the tools at my disposal along with traditional marketing to ensure you stand out in a highly competitive market.
Buyers will be able to access your property information 24 hours a day and through my websites and will able to make direct inquiries that I will receive immediately. Your property will be highlighted on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data base, the Re/Max Elite website listings as well as on my ReMax Elite landing page where clients can reach me easily through an online chat feature as well as on my own website where clients can make inquires to me directly there as well. By doing a dream home search buyers will be sent your listing directly if your home meets their criteria.
Additionally, I will market your home to my personal network in my data base and feature the new listing and open houses on Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and Realtor.ca. I also regularly publish in magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.

I will be in constant communication with you providing any pertinent updates to the market that impact your property, feedback on showings etc. You can feel confident that the sale of your property is my priority.
